Default Drain and Fill AT Fluid?

Hey guys, my car about to hit 60k and i'm thinking of doing the spark plugs and the transmission fluid. I have a couple of questions regarding the AT fluid, should i drain and fill or should i take the pan out replace the filter and clean the pan and the magnet?

IMO changing the transmission fluid at 60k is a waste of time and money., but if you must, drain and fill, full flush may do more harm than good.

I believe in regular fluid services. I would do a proper spill and fill. There is a recent post about this.
If you service the filter, you may never do it again. I will service the filter.
