Please don't take this the wrong way, over 300 people have looked at this and no one has given you the answer because there are multiple posts about this. If you really want an answer to your question use the search function, that's how i figured out howto hardware my radar detector.
I'll won't do the work for you by providing a link but I'll point you in the right direction. Easiest way is to purchase a MirrorTap and connect it to the rain sensor. your gonna have to use the search option to figure out how to access the rain sensor and which wires to use.

Welcome to ClubLexus, @lexus5565. I guarantee you that you're not the first one to perform most of the common mods to this car, like hardwire a radar. If you search the 4GS subforum, you'll get more information and get your questions answered a lot quicker than posting a new topic.
Enjoy,

This +2.
My wife had. 2013 and I used the rain sensor and mirror tap. I have a 2018 and tapped into the rear view mirror. I would advise you to disconnect the car battery after you've identified which wires to use (via multimeter). I say this because i blew a fuse when installing mine and there was smoke. It scared the crap outta me because I thought I fried all my wiriing. In those tight confines it's easy to put contacts where you don't want them.
But you are more than capable of doing this.
If you are using the rain sensor, you have to pull down the overhead housing which contain the some lights and controls. It takes a little muscle but be careful not to yank too hard and start breaking plastic.
Good luck.
