Audio system appears to operate fine, but no sound from speakers. Thought it was a amp issue but amp checked out fine. Any suggestions?

1) Try pressing the overhead "SOS" Lexus Safety Connect button. Whether you are
subscribed or not it is possible that the system is "stuck" with a connection. Since
the Safety Connect uses the microphone and speakers it cuts off the stereo.
You will very likely get a voice from the car saying that you do not have service
and should you want to enroll, press the button again. Although they have reduced
the subscription from the 2013 price of $140/yr to $80/yr you certainly do not have
to do any of that, just let it time out and try your tunes again.

2) The left steering wheel button "Mode" will advance through all your sources when
tapped quickly. If Mode is held down longer it will pause playback or mute radio. Try
playing with this button, if if feels sticky and does not move easily perhaps it is interfering.

I am having issues where I play music through Bluetooth off of my phone and it has been playing then stopping and today the audio kept turning itself off

radio issue was resolved and the problem was where the amp is because i had slowly bumped into a snow pile on my right rear quarter panel the mud water flap and the piece that it connects too was broken.that was one problem it is crazy where they put the thing anyways checked all fuses checked the amp after watching loads of you tube videos it was a combination of things but what resolved it through trial and error was taking the negative cable off the battery for a few minutes,and boom it was back to normal.it is a stupid set up where it is there is also a vent comepletly in line with the amp connections so if that is worn out water will find a way in.i sealed the vent with duct tape,and now seams dry and is working great.check everything minor first because even at the junkyard the amp was 500.00 referbished,i also took the amp out and dried it out and its working with no problems.just wanted to share incase anybody has that issue.

Did you fix this problem? It happened to my car recently. I've tried different phones with the same problem so it must be the car's Bluetooth.

I tried to find the closest thread already created related to my problem…

Recently this year my enfo what completely shattered smh long story… and I had to hurry and replace, but when it was replaced by the offender smh they purposely replaced it with one that didn’t have the rear camara connection (spiteful lol) anyway I need help finding a reliable shop with good work to get the right one PLEASE! I’m in the Atlanta area specifically closer to the airport, but I will drive further if whoever suggests vouches for their work… HELP! NEED MY CAMARA.
