Depends..
The RSR does have more functionality to it and you get to keep the AVS function..

RSR is much better quality IMHO. BC is cheap Chinese crap, again IMO 🤪. Keeping AVS was a big benefit for me. If I had to do it again, I'd try CKS with 12/10 Swift Springs.

Another thing to consider when talking about coilovers for the 4th gen GS is the style of the rear coilover. Most brands still utilize the separate spring and shock setup like the OEM setup. Whereas the CKS coilover has the rear spring on the actual shock which probably handles and feels a lot better. You can read about this on RR Racing's website below

I am looking to get the Tein Flex ASV for my 15 FSport. Though it is not the same set up you are running would you say the ASV function of your RSR Coils is noticeably different in normal/sport+? How do the stock normal/sport+ compare to the RSR normal/sport+? My GS is my daily so I'd like to maintain some comfort but I am not sure if the benefit of AVS with my future coil setup is worth it comparing to standard adjustable coils.

Simply put RSR Eco/Normal/Sport mode is like OE Sport+ mode. RSR Sport+ is a tiny bit more firmer than OE S+. All still very comfortable for daily driving. Comfort is relative to how low you drop. I'm at 2" drop front and rear, minor rubbing when hitting dip on road at high speed. You will need to slow way down at dips/bumps and approach driveway at an angle as with any lowered vehicles.

the AVS function would be the same on all models. It just has a top damper adjuster that fits the factory shock top motor. I assume it just moves 1 clicks of adjustment firmer for Sport.

Now if I could just find someone who has used the Tien Flex ASV on their GS...

Thanks JDP, your answer is exactly what I was looking for. It sounds to me that the difference is negligible between the two settings on the RSR? If that is the case it doesn't seem worth retaining the AVS. I am looking to have it sit just above the tires front and back, so a little higher than you I suppose. What are your tire and wheel spec? I have 20x9 +35 (245/35/20) fronts and 20x10 +48 (275/30/20) rears. From what I've read the 10.5 rears seem to cause most of the rubbing.
