Default Programming instrument cluster

Question - if I put a new instrument cluster in my '16, will it need programming so that the mileage is correct? If so, can this be done with TechStream or is there some other routine required?

Thanks!

I think you would need to go to a specialist place that programs clusters or speak to someone at the dealership. Otherwise you will have a tamper indicator near the odometer.

you can send your cluster to him and have him program it for you. I personally did it and it came back with the correct miles... he was pretty fast I shipped to him on Monday next day air he had it back to me Thursday.
