Correct. It's fairly useless though, so you're not missing out on much.

The only real difference it allows is Normal mode for the engine/trans with the stiffer chassis settings.

Alternatively, you could leave it in Normal chassis settings with "Power" settings for the engine/transmission but technically isn't this what the regular "Sport S" mode does anyway?

Other manufacturers let you individually adjust steering effort, steering response, engine response, transmission response, suspension dampening, etc. but not Lexus. IMO, it's useless in the way they've designed it. I've used it once just to try it but otherwise stick with the 4 modes we get. You're seriously missing out on nothing.

S+, but driving normally. Just like knowing the power is ther and I can zig if I need to. Standard is more like say what? And eco like don’t bother me, I’m napping every time you ask the car to do something. Since I’ve seen about a 1mpg hit from eco to S+, I find the other modes useless. Averaging 24mpg tank after tank and 30 strictly highway in 100% S+.

Doesn't do much when you are sitting in traffic

Nope. Cylinders go up and down the same. Power is just there when you need to make a quick move.

Only use ECO on the parkway.

ECO 10%. NORMAL 50%. SPORT 40%

Lol... too jumpy for me in stop-n-go in sport mode. Really got to feather the throttle.

Not entirely true depending on model year. 2016+ can switch between Otto & Atkinson cycles. When in Eco mode & running under Atkinson, cylinders are faced with less resistance, resulting in less operating losses & greater fuel economy, even when you're just sitting at a light.
