I contacted Morimoto if Type T or Type S and the warranty (18 months vs 10 years) and got the following response:

Hi Eddie

Thanks for your inquiry. The Type T is the only model that will bolt on to your GS350. The warranty on all fog lights is ten years, so it seems to just be a discrepancy.

Please let us know if we can be of any additional assistance

Thanks again!

The type T are for Toyota and Lexus cars. They’re angled and come with a bracket that fit our cars. I think the S are universal ones. I bought the type T for my 2015 and really like how they look. Super bright and clean cutoff. They don’t match the headlights though, they’re a bit whiter

I just checked my my 2015 GS and I show built date of 09/14, would it require the smaller reservoir or plug and play in my case?

Anyone know how to contact Nigel?
I'm looking to purchase the Wiring harness from Option 3 only.
Don't need the garnish or OEM stalk, as I got them elsewhere.
I tried submitting a message via his website and emailing him, I get no responses.

Does any know if this harness is sold somewhere else?

Edit: Nevermind, Nigel just replied to my email.

UPDATE: I was able to install my fog lights recently and I had to remove the front bumper in order to install mine. Did not need to replace the reservoir (04/2015 model), the fog light is flushed against the reservoir. I think shaving off the mounting bracket on the fog will help. I also hid my fog connector behind the mounting bracket for clearance with the reservoir. My driver side bezel is a little stretch out. The hardest part is taping the “green” parking light wire with the T-Tap connector, getting a good pivot point and snapping the connector on is a pain.

Review: The Morimoto XB LED Fitment of the fog is not completely flushed with the bezel, there is a gap of 1/8”. The added light seem insignificant when turn on vs. off (maybe I’m not aiming it correctly). Visually it looks stealth/ blended in with the black side hole (the fog light is blackish) so you maintain the original look depending on day light angle. The light cutoff is nice, the look with fog light is also nice and feel complete. Overall, the aesthetic is more improve versus the functional. Total price was: +$315.65 (plus other misc. electrical tape, wire connector, wire stripper…etc). Project was fun, stressed out and an experience to know more about the car and it various assemblies.

Thanks for the write-up and list of all the parts, I will probably need some of it later. I ordered the Morimoto too, good to know they look good. I have 12/15 build F Sport, so hope I won't have issues with the water reservoir neither.
My install is a little different. Will be doing complete OEM stalk install. I'm having Tommy @ Musicbox do the install. He did the first 2013 GS 350 JDM fogs with OEM stalk years ago. Hope he remembers how to do it now.

How are the Fog Lights wired to work? Are they tied to the headlight function that they are on only when the headlight low beam is on and go off when the headlight high beam is on?

Headlights by their very design and position cause a lot of glare to be reflected back at the driver from all the water droplets in a fog bank. Fog lights are designed and positioned to distribute a diffuse light down low to avoid the glare problem caused by normal headlights. To use a Fog Light correctly it should work independent of the headlights and only be used in foggy conditions with the headlights off. If you are looking for functional lights to work with your headlights, instead of fog lights, you should have auxiliary driving lights with a completely different light pattern.

I have a Morimoto HID Fog Light kit with 3000k hid's, I paid $165 for it. If anyone is interested it's yours for $120 including shipping. I decided not to change the fog lights to HID:

What I paid:
