Tanabe NF210'S sagging too much?
Has anyone else had this experience with these? I switched to these from the RSR Superdowns because I thought the supers were too low. The Tanabe's started at a height I was happy with but lately I've noticed they are now as low as my super downs.
Could the struts be a factor now or is this common with tanabe's? Any other recommendations of springs for a not too low, not too high result?

I personally haven't experienced. I'm on stock shocks running NF210 that have about 15k miles on them. I still have the same 1 finger gap all around on stock 19s.
SWIFT springs are supposedly higher quality with a slightly more conservative drop (Tanabe is ~1.1" all around and Swifts are ~.75" all around).

I can get 2 fingers in between the top of the tire and the fender. Those are 30 series rear and 35 series front 20" tires.
If your struts are leaking and completely blown there may be a slight change, but probably not noticeable. Springs hold the weight of the car, struts control the dampening.

Thanks much for those photos. that's a perfect example. so what you have right now with your 350 with regard to finger gap, is exactly what I have on my 450h with 20" wheels and the same series tires as you. so I'm hoping that with the tanabe nf210, I can close that gap to about half a finger in the rear and one finger in the front. (rated PG-13) lol. May have to reconsider the RSR downs

Wow. now I'm torn. I have 20" wheels with 35 rear series and 30 front series. I have a 450h with the extra weight because of the batteries. but looking at you guys' photos, I had initially went from going with RSR Down to Tanabe NF210. I may have to switch back to the RSR Down for a suspension choice. I have about 1.5" gap between the rear tire and wheel well. front it about 1.75" - 2". so I'm thinking the RSR Downs maybe more for closing of the gap? ill start a thread when I get home from work today with pics of my car. Thanks again guys.

Not sure why I’m so high. My wheels/tires overall are 26” in diameter. Wondering what stock 19’s are?
The measurment from center axle to fender (14”) shows the true drop with wheel/tire dimensions removed from the equation.
Including the tires/wheels in the equation and I’m 27” ground to fender.

Front 19s overall diameter with tire at cold 33psi: 25" as best as I could measure it
Ground to fender: 26.25"
Center of centercap to fender: 13.75"
Rear 19s overall diameter with tire at cold 35psi: 25" as best as I could measure it
Ground to fender: 26.5"
Center of centercap to fender: 14"
