See below. I have the "Safety with Remote" option. So yes, it's included.

I don't think all models have Service Connect...I have not been able to figure out how to get anything from it on my '15 FSport...

Service Connect is included with Safety Connect starting with 2016 model year Lexi.
2016 and 2017 had the 12 month trial period, 2018 and newer get Safety and Service Connects for 120 months (10 years)
Lexus Enform Remote Start and Destination Assist are still given a 12 month trial and now are $80/year each.

Here's what led me to believe that Service Connect was included. I guess the "on select vehicles" and "includes service connect" really means "service connect included on select vehicles."
