Strange Issue
Yesterday, I had the great pleasure of having my battery die, as I was leaving work. Luckily, I finally located someone who had jumper cables and I was on my way a short time later. Now, when I close the passenger rear window, once it closes it then goes back down about half way. Any ideas as to what may have caused that, or a way to remedy it? My "local" Lexus dealer is about 35 minutes away.

You just need to reset/program your windows. I don’t recall the procedure but it’s in your owner’s manual. Very simple.

There is a 3 step procedure to reset the power windows.
1. Hold the power window switch in the one-touch closing position. Continue
holding the switch for a further 6 seconds after the window has closed.
2. Hold the power window switch in the one-touch opening position. Continue
holding the switch for a further 2 seconds after the window has opened completely.
3. Hold the power window switch in the one-touch closing position once again.
Continue holding the switch for a further 2 seconds after the window has
closed.
If you release the switch while the window is moving, start again from the beginning.
If the window continues to close but then re-open slightly even after performing the
above procedure correctly, have the vehicle inspected by your Lexus dealer.
