The price is very reasonable. Keep in mind, as others have stated, that this car is still a teenager and will easily go another 200-300K. I've owned several cars over the years, and all have gotten over 275K (3 Volvo 240's, a 1971 VW fastback, an 04 G35) and bought them all with >50K miles. These cars, much like Acura's, Honda's Nissans, Toyotas, etc., are notorious for being "indestructible".
The mileage is far less an issue than how it was taken care of. Years ago I used to race (think Tour de France) and would sell my $3-4,000 bikes after 1-2 years. The bikes were always pristine, not a scratch or dent. What people didn't look at was the wear on the components. A high end Durace or Campi component system can easily exceed $2500, the frame is the least of the worries. With this in mind, begin looking for signs of how it was used/taken care of, although most folks who own these models take good care of them.
Bottom line...run, don't walk, to the sales people and take a serious look at buying it.

I paid $29.5 last year for a 2014 GS350 AWD F-Sport with 48k on it, so yeah the price of yours with its mileage I would say is a great deal. I always have had Lexus perform a independent inspection of the vehicle to tell me any issues with vehicle. So far every car has been solid in that I have had inspected by Lexus prior to purchase. Good luck...looks like a very nice ride!

Advanced
My 2013 has just shy of 90k miles and I have had no major problems, pretty much just maintenance. It has been a joy to drive and is not a money pit like the BMW I owned for a year. Based on this experience, I would buy a car of my year with comparable milage to my vehicle without hesitation if the price was right. So, I would have absolutely no reservations about buying the 2014 you are talking about.
