Worth Repainting?

I did this about 4 years into my 2006 IS350 after driving 145 miles a day. The shop did a near perfect job matching the color since they painted half way up the hood, front bumper and fenders. Nobody ever knew it had been painted, and at 198k miles and 10 years old it still looked perfect. The clear bra will take a lot of abuse before it starts to show any wear.
That said, it’s expensive if you find a solid body/paint shop, plus the cost of the clear bra. If you’re planning to keep the car a while longer than go for it so that you can enjoy it before selling.

Dr Color Chip works great and its super easy to use...no paint correction is perfect but my last car was black and I was the only one who could notice where the chips were after treated due to the fact I treated them. I have a Nebula Gray 350 and it actually hides the chips fairly well so I would save your money use Dr Color Chip and buy some cool mods for your engine

I repainted my front bumper cover in December on my '13. I hated the numerous stone chips especially found on lower portion of the bumper. I removed the cover myself and had a buddy sprayed it. The material tends to be a little more pricey if you have something like the white pearl color. This is the third car that I re-sprayed the bumper and will do it again. No matter how well I kept up with touching up the stone chips, it doesn't compare to having the whole thing re-shot. Like most things, it's a matter of time and money ....
