If your left foot can't reach the footrest, then how can the right foot reach the gas pedal? Is your left leg a lot shorter than your right leg? Or, do you sit with your body twisted somehow? I'm trying to figure out why your foot can't reach the footrest...

Next time i drive the car (it's Jeep weather here) i'll try to analize the relative positions.

To get a better idea of what you're experiencing, how tall are you? I consider myself pretty short at 5'5" given the majority....

Having looked closer at the footrest alloy pad i see that it would be impractical to space it.At 5'6" i can touch it with my toes but not realy "rest"on it.I tend to have my left foot flat on the floor. My Beemer foot rest could be adjusted with spacers, small detail but usefull.

If you can just touch the footrest with toes, do you know if you have ever floored your gas pedal?

I have to say that’s a pretty rude statement. Might not be able to reach the power seats? Really? We in elementary school?? Simple question about a spacer for the footrest. If you don’t have a solution, it may be best to make a productive comment next time!
