Normal or Sport +. I don't care for the more aggressive throttle response or what some called whip lash mode. I do like the stiffer suspension. Wish I could put the car in normal throttle and stiffer suspension.
The vehicle can easily get 300miles per tank if your 60miles commute is mainly highly. I'm getting about 23MPG(less in winter time).

I'm still in the break-in period and using Eco mode and normal for the time being. The change to Sport + is pretty noticeable and would expect to use that more once I have some miles on it, especially on some the twisty Appalachian mountain roads not too far from here.
A friend that is an engine builder says he runs them like he will for the rest of their life right after the cam is broken in.

Once the engine oil has reached operating temp, maybe 10 minutes after the water is up to temp, there is little to no reason to baby the engine. With the tolerances they build engines today, run it like you would normally. There is actually evidence to support the harder you run it early in an engine's life, the better it is for it. You need the higher pressures of higher RPM to make sure the rings seat quickly and properly.

That explains why the remote start shuts off after 10 mins

Those numbers aren't surprising. I'm hitting about 15.5 on average this winter. I usually get around 18 in the summer.

I normally drive in Sport+ but mine is not a DD. Once when I was on a 250 mile trip I tried driving in S+ for about 100 miles and ECO for another 100 while checking the mileage and somehow did better in S+. It was about 1 MPG less. Go figure.

EDIT: That kinda chaps my a** since my old V8 got about the same and gave me 120hp more

If I am by myself, it's 100% of the time in Sport+. With the family in the car, I soften the ride to Sport. I can't remember the last time I left it in Normal, and I have never (nor will I ever) use ECO.
This is supposed to be a sports sedan (F-Sport), so the lagging throttle response and fuel saving transmission mapping make the car no fun to drive.

around 15-17 mpg maximum. My current avg is about 20-23.

Between 22 to 24 mpg. Eco almost the entire time. When you go WOT on the highway, Eco makes no difference.
