My radio works, but no sound
Hi ,
Anyone experience the audio problem with the GS350 ,my amp is PIONEER AMPLIFIER 86280-30670,My radio works, but no sound, the unit won't let me go into the sounds and adjust the bass or treble. Already checked the fuse and that wasn't it
Is possible to check the amplifier and how i can check if the power coming to the unit
Please help
THANK YOU

Did you check the cables? Curious that it won't let you adjust output settings, could be as simple as a connector not inserted all the way.

Any updates on this? I'm starting to have this issue. 2014 GS350. I hear a stratching sound than it goes out. Some times music goes in and out. So far this has happened on fm/am radio and ipod.

I was able to fix it, just opened up the amp, cleaned it a little, pushed the button that says push and connected it back. Turned the car to find the audio working.

I have this problem myself. Does your unit display the volume when you adjust volume? If no, then it possible the ampp, if yes, then its probably a loose connection that's affecting all the speakers so near the amp itself.
