Default Fog lights

I have a 2017 GS 350 and noticed that I had no fog lights. Is this normal. All my other Toyota's had them.

I assume you have an F-Sport. If so, you will have to modify the front end with parts from Japan. Keep in mind that you may have to replace your wiper fluid reservoir.

Yes, it is

It's an option depending on the package

I have a 2017. I am guessing they don't come with foglights because the factory lighting is more than ample for lighting the road at all angles.

Only reason I can see to install them is for the look, one that only other people see. For myself, that is not a good reason.

Nice fab work though, they do look good from the outside.

You WILL need a new washer reservoir if you decide to install. It is a pain. I would not recommend. Don't get me wrong, the car looks pretty menacing with fogs, but light output is negligible and the cost + labor of doing it yourself, searching the forum for wiring diagrams, etc., just isn't worth it.

If I could go back, I would have spent my money on a front lip and skirts instead.

you can install the fogs with the stock washer reservoir. Just have to remove a couple bolts and zip tie reservoir out of the way. This will give you just enough clearance to install the fog. Someone else on this forum did it this way.

Not true. US models have a larger washer capacity that sits where the fog light is supposed to be. F-Sport in other markets, outside the US has fog lights standard. I think US Lexus marketing states the reason why they omit the foglights on the F-sport model is for additional cooling for the brakes.

The model in 2016+ models in Canada 🇨🇦 weren’t given fog lights either.
