I read up some reports and the GS is pretty reliable so I prob won't spend money on something iffy like 3rd party warranty. Can you guys let me know the different between the F-sport and Luxury package? The major different I learned are the look, bigger front brake on F-sport, rear heated seat on Luxury. I'm asking because I found a 2013 CPO Luxury GS350, 63K miles for $2k less than the F sport mentioned above. Thanks

Am I missing anything if I go with the 2013 luxury package? Just wondering if there’s anything got upgraded in 2015. I’m strongly considering the 2013 cpo luxury with 20k miles service included and 2 years unlimited warranty. Sounds like a better deal to me. Any input? Thanks

In terms of a 13 vs 15, there will be a few differences but it's up to you if they matter.
The 13 will not have power folding mirrors, and will have the older style, more obvious parking sensors on the bumper. If it's RWD, the 13 will have the 6 speed auto whereas a 14+ RWD model will have the 8 speed. The 13 will also lack RCTA (Rear Cross Traffic Alert) and Climate Concierge for the front seats.
The biggest thing to me is that the 15 has the updated navigation system. Prior to 15, you have to pay a subscription fee to Sirius/XM to get traffic and weather data if you want it. On the 15 and up, it's free for life through HD Radio. The update also includes better voice commands (one shot address entry) and a birds-eye view. If equipped, there were improvements to the ML sound system in 15. Last thing I can think of is the availability of Lexus Enform Remote (subscription based app and remote start).
You just have to decide if those things matter. I'd have no issue buying a 13.

I'm looking at a 15 GS F sport with cold weather package, 70k miles. Every service was done at Lexus dealership. It has a little more than 70k so they can't CPO the vehicle. asking price is $29k OTD. They do offer the lifetime warranty package that'd cost $3700. What's your thought on this? Thanks
Thank you,
