Brake Squeal noise fix?

I have a 2013 Lexus GS F Sport I bought used. I had a 2009 GS450H before
I have horrible brake squeal noise from cold start or even when very warmed up.
I took it to the dealer and they said its normal for Fsport and all bigger cars like E series mercedes and BMWs
Well I have a BMW M3 and have had it for years and never had a squeal cold or not so that doesn't seem to hold water.

My question is what is the way to fix this as its very embarrassing to take clients out.

I have done some searching and want to know what is truly the best solution that is still safe?

What I have seen in search
Toyota pad replacements
Akebono ceramic pads
EBC yellow / green
Brake disc quiet lube/solution
are the lexus shims the answer

I would really appreciate the help thanks so much everyone.

I had same problem on my car and I brought it to the dealer.

They checked my brake pad and told me that the brake pads still have lots of life left on them.

They installed anti-squeak shim kit(04945-30340)and the noise went away.

Thank you for the quick response! Do you mind me asking how much they charged you for the whole job?

It’s very easy to do brakes on our cars here’s a link to the 2IS write up but brakes are the same for these cars

Not only will it not be easy - it will be absolutely impossible without tools! Other than that - good luck!https://cimg6.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.clu...66edb3595d.gif

U already have all the tools u need in ur trunk. Jack and lug nut wrench to remove the wheel.

Just need a pair of big pliers to decompress the brake hydraulics and remove the pads, that's it. :D

And get some brake cleaner and spray all over the brake parts while ur at it too.

I made a video on this by the way. ;)
