Default Going to Japan in January...

Going to visit Japan with one of my kids...

Does anyone have suggestions on what I should do? Get?

Are there any GS 350 specific (or whatever the Toyota counterpart model is called over there) JDM parts that would be good to get, or some cool JDM Toyota stuff in general?

Also, any must see sites for gearheads?

parts in japan is SOOO expensive.. it's mostly JDM OEM stuff anyways..

I went there thinking I could get items half price.. but it was actually more than here.. :/

it's a nice country though.. enjoy your trip.

Find a IS-F/GS-F/RC-F front clip and swap the V8 over

I would recommend getting the GS350 OEM Mudguards and window visors. You will save a lot compared what they're selling here shipped from Japan plus the mark up. Just to give you an idea, I went to Japan about 2 years ago, ordered the mudguards from a Lexus dealership a week in advance prior to arriving in Japan (close to the city where I was staying) for around $170 while they're still selling here for a little over $300 shipped from Japan. My wife is Japanese and I had my mother in law do all the talking to the dealership though.

See if they have the illuminated sill plates that light up all 4 doors.
