Are the spare tires interchangeable between different models of Lexus?

Pretty sure they all have the same bolt pattern, so they should be. Just make sure you know if you're switching a full diameter spare with a full diameter spare or if you're getting a smaller donut. I don't remember which trim levels of which model have which type of spare.

I know my F-SPORT has a full diameter spare, it's just not as wide as the normal rim... So technically it's a donut.
