Default Have you ever seen 3 owners of a 3 yr old car?

I saw a '14 GS350 (35k miles) listed and in 3 yrs there have been 3 owners. The second owner had it for just 3 months, as it appears via the carfax the car failed his state's emission test, and a month later he sold it. The third owner bought it in early June and had it for 6 weeks. A lemon?

Look up its service records on the Lexus Drivers web site. It may be a lemon law repurchase, maybe worse.

How does a 3 year old car fail a emissions test?

Probably due to an engine or exhaust modification.

It's definitely not a lemon car!
It went to auction twice after the first owner returned the lease.
2nd Owner bought it in early March, and it went to Cobb County Toyota late May.
3rd Owner bought it from Toyota dealer, and traded it to Cobb County Kia... could be buyer's remorse.
I'll recommend to pay a 3rd party to inspect this vehicle prior purchase.

To answer the Failed Emission Test questions, it's most likely due to torn wiper blade inserts or worn tires because it's still under factory warranty. You can see it from the following image, tires should be the reason.
