Merged threads and moved to 4GS since your profile says 2013 GS350.
If you now really think it was stolen and not repossesed, first step is to call the police - not post on a forum.

Sounds like the rightful owner (the creditor or lessor) of the car took it away (seized it) from you for failure to make payments that were owed.
Unless you are able to immediately pay the missed payments that you owe (plus repossession fees and likely other fees) the vehicle will likely be sold at public or private sale for whatever amount the vehicle will bring, and any deficiency between the amount received for the vehicle and what is owed the creditor or lessor (plus numerous fees) will be collected from you per your contract agreement with the creditor or lessor. The creditor/lessor may not [even] allow you to pay-up and have the vehicle returned to you if your credit history shows you are a high risk of missing future payments.

Well its very hard to steal these cars without key fob , unless u left it running with the key inside, or you have been paying the wrong guy thats y ur car got repossessed, so u better do some calling around, cars like that do not disappear for no reason.

I have had dreams about my car being stolen, but it was always in the garage when I woke up.
