Default How do I remove this part

I had a full cup of coffee in my cupholder I sped up and the coffee spilt onto the buttons now one of the buttons is stuck. Any suggestions

Default Stuck

Try spraying lightly with some Windex and let it sit .

Once it moves take a Qtip and clean around the edges
