I just wrote how I was a long term Lexus customer who also has all my service needs done at Lexus only dealerships. Been with Lexus since 2007 and I expected better customer service than that especially since I purchased another Lexus. Lexus Financial would not budge at all but corporate customer service reacted much better.

My dealer has zero inventory on the next car I want (‘17 GS F). Will they be able/motivated to make a deal to keep my business after current GS350 lease ends? Won’t I lose bargaining power if they have to make a trade with another dealer?
