Default Car breakdown at 15k miles.

Have anyone had this problem with 2016 gs 350 before? I can not accelerate and the car shaking so much at 2000 rpm and it stall later on. Now it is in dealer and they don't know what is going on with the car.

My 2014 GS 350's fuel pump failed at 25000 mile , had to be towed in and replaced. Car suddenly stopped running at 65 mph.

I'm confused. The photo you posted is not from a 2016. Video doesn't work.

Looks like a 16 to me. Definitely not a 13-15 with that center display. Video worked fine for me.

I've never seen this before.

Looks like power problem or electronics failure. Dealer'll get it sorted.
Power problem could affect display and performance together.

Yes it is a 2016 gs. My car got towed in to dealer last sunday but now the dealer still have no idea about the problem.
Btw, anyone know what is the part number of the tow hook cover underneath of the car because the tow guy when I asked for it back he said that freaking thrown it away.

I have never seen that before. Wonder if rats got into your engine compartment and made a meal of your wires to cause shorts. Total conjecture on my part but that is not good.

any update to this issue? just to share, mine was towed to the dealer last month as it stalled on my way home with CEL lighted. the diagnosis was a bad throttle body, fault code P2112. the motor had a problem and it cant open/close properly. As there was also sensor in it, they recommended to change the whole unit which i did.

fast forward to 2 weeks later, the car shivered when i was slowing down to traffic light (this happened a few months before the bad throttle and i thought the TB changed took care of it which it did not). went back to the dealer again, no fault code. after checking for half a day, i was told the vacuum valve was faulty. it was replaced and the car drives great after that. i am sure is it not my head but my car horn sounded louder and the music played nicer. the car pick up better at speed.

last Wednesday evening, after the car was parked for around 2 hours, i restarted it to fetch the daughter, the idle rpm went high around 1250k which is normal, but it again shiver for around 2 to 3 sec and went back to normal again!!! it was not cold start, the temp pointer is midway of normal temp.

spark plug were changed out early june, so i dont suspect the plug. if i had a bad plug the symptoms would be worst than this isnt it?
