On my RX350, you can roll up the windows after you get out of the car by inserting the and turning it to lock the doors and then holding it in the lock door position and the windows and sunroof all close.

Does this functionality exist in the 2013 GS350? I tired it and it didn't work, is there a setting for this?

You can also set this feature with Carista. There are a fair number of features that can be programmed through the app/OBD dongle that normally require techstream. You can check on their website to see what features are programmable. I bought it to set the seats heaters to "manual" so they don't turn down over time when set to high. I hate the subscription model for their pricing, but it works as advertised.
