Is it advisable to install a seat cover over the ventilated seat

I recently purchased 2014 Lexus GS with ventilated/heated front seats. I am planning to buy a sheep skin seat cover for the driver side seat. Just want to know if it is advisable and will it impact the heating/ventilation.

A sheep skin cover will most definitely make the ventilated seats totally ineffective and drastically affect the seat's ability to transfer heat to the occupant.
