GS450h (2015) - Update Nav Map?
Friends,
I need to update the nav map on my 2015 GS450h. From looking around the internet, I think I need to order:
PT219-GEN08-16 (Generation 8) Micro SD Card (Identification #86271-78013)
Is this correct? Also
*** where and how do I install this Micro SD Card ???
Many thanks,
T.V.

echoing tejanp's thought, has the map info been dangerously misleading? Major highway construction
in your area or planned routes? The most up to date refresh is available from Lexus every fall, if you are
going to do this anyway consider waiting until Oct, same cost, year newer database.
Strongly encourage you to download Lexus Enform App Suite to any phones you have paired to the 450h.
Unlike other Enform products that require a subscription, Safety Connect and/or Destination Assist, LEAS
is free and free forever. You can then use the voice recognition and up to date map info of your phone!
"Sign In" once with name/email/password (min 8, max 30, at least 1 number, 1 letter, 1 Cap) and scan the
VIN off your driver's door information plate. Access Destination Search (not subscribed Destination Assist)
by either pressing the "talk/speech" button and saying Destination Search or pressing the Menu button by
the remote controller and selecting Lexus App Suite. (The first time you engage LEAS it will take 4-7 minutes
to update the vehicle through your phone. Turn WiFi off and let your phone's 3/4G connection do it, usually
glitches if attempting through WiFi)
If you press Talk/Speech when the map is displayed you are using the car's info. If you press Menu/LAS
and press Talk/Speech you are using your phone.
