Default GS350 buying options

Hi all,

I've been searching for a '13/'14 GS350 and have a found a few options. I'd really appreciate your opinions on which car to go with:

'13 GS350 Luxury Package w/ ML audio (deep sea mica / black) - private party but it is CPO till 8/2018. 51k miles $29000
'14 GS350 F Sport (nebula pearl / black) - CPO. 33k miles $35500 (I've tried negotiating but they seem dead set on this price.) This is my favorite color combo and I like having the auto folding mirrors.
'14 GS350 F Sport (deep sea mica / black) - Non-CPO from a Toyota dealership. 50k miles $32500

If I bought the Luxury Package GS350, I'd swap out the front bumper for an F-Sport one. Are there any additional costs to owning a GS350 F Sport? Are the rotors / brake pads more expensive? Are the front and rear tires different in any way?

Thanks.

I'm pretty sure the CPO warranty isn't transferable.

I paid $33500 14 RWD F-SPORT RWD ML with 22k miles Non-CPO.

Just replaced the tires and with them being staggered were $1300 including alignment (Michelin AS3+).

Oil change at Toyota was $65.

I can't speak to if pads are more expensive on the F-SPORT versus Lux but I've heard you can buy OEM parts and have an Independent dealer install for much less than Lexus.

Have you test driven the LUX and F-SPORT side by side yet?

I haven't but I assume the F Sport will be more in line with what I was used to in my A6.

I came from a Camry so the difference was much more drastic to me. Tires make a huge difference for ride and the OEM Bridgestone Potenza make the ride gittery. Michelins are much better.

I would pick the '14 that is CPO.
I don't think the private seller can transfer the CPO warranty to you.
The F Sport RWD front brakes are pretty pricey like $600. But now EBC has rotors for the F Sport RWD much much cheaper than OEM.

It's AWD. Would that make a difference?

I'm definitely leaning towards the CPO '14 but it seems like the price is a bit high.

AWD rotors are cheaper.

Yeah it's a little high.

AWD drops the staggered wheels so that helps with tire costs

I just bought a 14 F Sport RWD CPO NGP w/red interior for $35k. Was the only RWD model (what i was looking for) in the state at the time.

At what price would the non-CPO F Sport be the better buy? I was thinking $28k but it seems unlikely they'd take that offer.

I will be driving 6-8k miles per year if that matters.

I also found a CPO F Sport (liquid platinum / black) with 35k miles for $34k but I'm finding it hard to sell myself on the liquid platinum color.

I don't know what the CPO includes. I trusted the dealer I bought from and the car was cherry so I didn't feel like I needed a CPO vehicle. Plus I bought a 100k warranty for $1200 bumper to bumper which is more than what the CPO covers.
When I was looking, I couldn't find a CPO for less than $35k in my area. Lexus also moved to their one price thing so I couldn't get a dealer to budge on price.

I say if the CPO removes some stress and you can afford it sure. I trust Lexus build quality and got an extended warranty for peace of mind all for much less than the CPO premium.

Default All of them are high price

All of 3 are high price, which part are you? Consider buying out of state?

I'm in NYC. Two of those are NJ and CT. I wouldn't be comfortable buying a car further away than I can drive to see it.
