Default whats this button do?
over where the BSM and heated wheel controls are. Do you see a 3rd row of switches? Looks like an extra one is on there. What is it?

It's either a headlight washer or an auto high beam feature.

very hard to tell in that image but my guess is it looks like the roller switch for Active Sound Control (ASC).

I don't think we have ASC button in our 4GS but yeah either headlamp washer or auto high-beam

That is incorrect. Cold weather Pkg and AWD cars have headlight washers. I have that button on my car and it is in fact the headlight washer.

EDIT: The 2 interior photos on that listing is from a 2013 GS press photo. You'll notice the older 2013 NAV interface, and the ML logo above the hazard light. In the actual car photo, there is no ML logo.
Dealer took those 2 photos from the internet.

but if you look at the pictures the OP posted, this car does not have headlight washers. and the car advertised is a 2015, so wrong image for the year advertised?

Take a look at the link.
That car doesn't seem to have washers when looking at the headlights. Plus, I've never seen the washer button placement that far to the right. Ive actually never seen a 3rd column till now. I called the dealer and they said they'll get back with me.
