Dented drivers side door
Sadly i dented my drivers side door very bad on my 2014 gs350 f sport yesterday. I'm assuming i have to get my whole door replaced? Or just the metal part on the outside and use the same inner panel/mirror from my current door? Anyone have an idea how much this will cost me or the best way to get it fixed?

The dealers use local body shops anyway and to me, that looks like it can be repaired by a good local guy...i'd get a quote from a reputable shop nearby.

Just an update for whoever may be in my same position:
1st shop said that it would be cheaper to replace the outer skin and quoted me $1800 and 4 days to complete the job.
2nd shop said it can be repaired and new skin isn't necessary and may be harder to do. He quoted me $825 and 1-2 days to complete.
The 2nd place had good reviews too so i just went with them. I'll update when the work is done. Hope it goes well!

I would suggest to call junk yards and see if they have the door in same color (color code 083), you end up pay just for part, basically ask for shell only, easy swap by any body shop. You can drive around couple months while searching. I was lucky couple times like that!

Good luck man. I don't think that door can be repaired, it has a hole in it. Not to mention your door sill is all scratched up as well.

They will probably use a lot of Bondo to repair that door. I hope your results are good but I doubt that they will be able to do a good job on it. That crease is way too deep and the metal is stretched to where it would be tough to get it back in shape.
