Default Ventilated Seats not working

In my wife's 2014 GS350 we noticed yesterday that neither the driver or passenger seat blows any cold air or blows air at all. Anybody else notice this? When the cooling function is on in my 07 IS250 you can feel it really blowing and it gets pretty cold. Find it odd that my old car does this better than our new car. Any advice would greatly help, thanks guys!

The ventilated seats are highly dependent on the ambient temperature of the interior. It uses a fan to draw air from under the seat. I think Lexus might have dialed back the effectiveness in order for it to operate more quietly.

Do you hear the rushing of air when you lean forward while sitting in the seat?
