This stuff will not make your car that much faster unless you get a TUNE. This will only provide the aesthetic of the sound and slight and I emphasize SLIGHT here in making your car faster. Bottom line, you have to get a tune for your car.

How it will effect your car as much as car problems depends on how aggressive your tune is.

trade it in for a Bmw 335i or newer 340i. Stock it runs under 5 sec 0-60. Add a down pipe, air filter, tune and it will run low 4 sec

Why do you specifically want the 4.9 time? Are you going to be timing each time you accelerate? BMW isn't trash, it depends on what car you are talking about. I don't know what time you would get but if you want to make it actually faster you could try. PPE headers, midpipe, meisterschaft GTC exhaust, and also add a apexi accel to get rid of any throttle lag. You could also easily hit it with a supercharger, there was one already done. To be honest I don't know how it was done because I had always heard the ECU is locked down for modding it like that.

Even without the supercharger it would probably sound pretty amazing with that setup, IMO meisterschaft makes the best exhaust and it usually is the best exhaust on every car I hear it on, especially the m5.

In addition to everything e60bmw mentioned, definitely reach out to the user "biggame" if you're interested in doing all of this to shave off a second in acceleration. He has a crazy amount of experience with trying to get more power out of the GS350.

You're all the way in Saudi Arabia though, so I don't think getting parts shipped will be cheap. I would honestly sell the GS350 and buy the GS F. It will be a lot less headache down the line.
