I am a paid subscriber of the app and its remote control functionalities. First the log-in error message said there was a system problem and Lexus was on fixing it. The error code was STE001. Now I am able to login, but the vehicle is missing and the system would not accept the entry of the vehicle information. The error message again says that they are aware of the problem and are still fixing it. Does anyone know when the Enform Remote app will be working again?

It seems to be working again for me (wasn't the other day), but Lexus should not be proud of their remote app or enform app suite. Both are rather finicky and unreliable.

I was having issues thru about friday of last week, but while I still get the notice of "service interruption" when I open the app to login, I don't have any issues now. I hope they get it all worked out very soon. It doesn't make any sense that it should take this long for them to resolve it if they have anyone at all working on it.

Same here. Mine was out but has worked since Friday.

The frustrating part for me is that I filled out their "Contact Us" form on the web site a week ago and still haven't had a response.

This has been going on for over a week and a half. I called Lexus multiple times and spoke to a support specialist but at the moment they do not know when the maintenance/system upgrade will finish. All they will tell you is to wait and check tomorrow.

I received an email from Lexus when I inquired why it wasn't working that "We want to inform you that eDestinations feature within the Destinations package of Lexus Enform will no longer be available effective July 12, 2017."

No issues here. The flag when you open Enform is getting annoying but my service has been solid since Friday.

Just SOS and have them fix your login (if that's the problem).
