Anyone know where to find red or orange caliper COVERS for the car?

Don't do tacky caliper covers. Not sure if it would even fit anyways since there is barely any space between the large calipers and rim. Go with the painting or vinyl wrapping route.

If you want the flexibility to change out the color, the caliper covers will work. But I agree with dchar: painting it your preferred color is the best way to go.
