I just recently purchased a 2013 GS 350 F Sport with 99k miles and I need to replace a few things. Any recommendations are appreciated...

Front Rotors
Front Pads,
Front Struts

Rear Rotors
Rear Pads
Rear Shocks

And... tires.... Should I go stock? Should I go aftermarket? What would you do?

Brakes you are better of going OEM. As far as struts and shocks, are you planning on lowering the car or keeping it stock height? If lowering then I would suggest a coilover setup, if keeping stock height then go OEM, just my $0.02.

Brakes:
I personally recommend going OEM with the parts unless you feel like you can get a better deal with quality aftermarket stuff...sometimes the prices are not that much different from OEM and aftermarket. When I did brakes and rotors, I went with ATE PremiumOne Rotors with Akebono brake pads - i saved a couple hundred bucks and did it per my non-Lexus trusted mechanic. So far, they feel just as good as OEM.

However, I have a non-F sport AWD. If you have a RWD F-Sport, i recommend only OEM brakes/rotors.

Suspension:
For suspension items, i don't have much experience with the 4GS but with my past cars have stuck exclusively to OEM suspension components.

Tires:
Go for the Pirelli P7's if you want a great overall 19" tire.

Thanks guys, I really appreciate the info...

I've decided to go with OEM parts. I've run into a new problem as well. The stock wheels are damaged and I need new tires. The wheels will probably cost $400 to repair and the tires are pretty expensive. I do NOT like the fact that the stock wheels are staggered. Is there a way to buy aftermarket wheels that are not staggered and buy tires for them? If this is possible, do you recommend or not recommend I go that route?
