Shift **** loose

Just a quick question. The **** for shifter is loose on my GS-350 FS. Can the boot be un-clipped to get to the set-screw? Hoping the console doesn't have to come out.

nopeeeeee. Just hold the plastic bit of the shifter and the leather part and pull them apart. Then unscrew the shifter and put some lock threads!
