Default Serpentine belt replacement?

I'm at 54K miles on my 2013 GS350 F Sport, and am beginning to hear chirping noises when I start the car and accelerate. I'm assuming it's the serpentine belt that is wearing out, but won't discount the chance that it is one of the pulleys. It's hard to pinpoint the noise exactly, but I drive my car a lot and it was kind of expected that something will need to be replaced soon.

How easy/hard is it to replace this belt? Is it something that can be done easily by yourself, or would it be safer to take it to the dealer to have it replaced?
