Default Wind noise and sqeaking

Hello guys I currently own a 2013 GS350 F sport AWD purchased it last year July with 32K now has about 46k miles.
I am having issues with my drivers side door silver insert area squeaking. If I use my hand to push on it you can hear the annoying noise....seems like it need to be padded or something from inside. My other issues are below.

1. If I decline my drivers seat half way it makes a grinding sound as if gears are rubbing even though noise is heard by service drive and the advisor...they keep telling me it did not happen again while vehicle was being inspected. This is the same response from two Lexus dealerships.

2. When my sunroof if in tilt you can hear wind noise coming from drivers side front window at highway speeds. Can press on window and the noise is different or goes away. They test drove and found no issue said they drove vehicle and found normal operation.... and this noise is very annoying by my left ears when I drive the car on long quiet trips..

I am coming from Acura had a 2006 Acura RL with 136,000 bullet proof miles. I am use to Acura hearing my concerns once and either investigate entirely and order the part needed. I feel as if Lexus continue to try and spin around the issues...do they need the part to fully fail before taking steps and me being unhappy driving. I am currently under Original warranty until next month and CPO still available.

thanks
