5D Carbon Fiber Wrap
Has anyone used this stuff on their GS before? I saw this stuff last week and have worked a bit with vinyl in the past. I was shocked at how cheap it was, so I ordered a 5x6 foot roll. It just showed up and I'm amazed at how it looks. I have real carbon fiber trim in the BMW, and it looks almost identical to it, its really crazy. Still deciding what I'm going to wrap with it, originally was going to do some interior trim. Maybe the grill surrounding and the rear chrome parts. Curious to see if other people had thoughts on this stuff. I remember when vinyl used to be way more expensive than what I paid.

Do you have a link? I'm trying to find a good one that works for the exterior. Was thinking of wrapping the trim below the grille, to mimic the look of the GS-F, and hide the rock chips I have acquired.

Theres a bunch of sellers on ebay who have it, not sure if they are different between the product. I bought it from this guy.

My roof is wrapped with 3M Carbon Fiber. Compared it side by side with a Lamborghini SV's dry carbon pieces and it matched up perfect. Sorry no close up pics right now.. but take my word for it its quality. got it done at Carbon Wraps in Orlando, FL (great people).
