I got this car 2017 GS350 F-Sport 2 months ago and noticed wind noise when drive above 40mph, bring back to dealer, and compare to another exact same model, and another one is much worse then the one I got, so they told me it is normal, but the truth is it is much noise than my old one 2015 model.

So I decide fix it my self, first

1. I download noise measurement software from my iPhone, and put on the dash,
2. put the phone on the dash,
3. then use air blower and screen every corner on the door, I found out at front triangle corner and up back corner is the worst spot,

So I just simply use my left over XPEL from my other LS460, cut a piece, wrap small edge at front, the wrap also cover the black trim behind the door, then test drive it, noise at front is complete gone when I drive 80mph, still not find good way to fix the up-back corner with good looking solution, so far I just put some form on the back side edge.

Here is the fix, it was also a common problem on the previous generation LS:

I also noticed that the wind noise is slightly more in the 2017 than 2015...but I also noticed that the 2015 had laminated (dual pane) front windows and my 2017 went back to single pane front windows... options/packages were exactly the same on both.

Wow makes the rear of this car look so much better. What was the cost for the setup? Is that a whole bumper replacement or can you just replace the diffuser? Where can I find that in CF?

The diffuser is made by Lexon, and it cost over 1k for one. It only replaces the old diffuser and exhaust tip area
