Was it a pre-cut? How difficult is it? I am tempting to do it myself. My local shop quoting $200 for this mod.

I think they do sell precut black vinyl not sure about the carbon. If you are worried about cutting you can use knifeless tape and lay down the vinyl and when you lift up the tape it cuts it with a nice edge without using a razor. If you do carbon avoid the 5d carbon. It looks nice but its incredibly hard to work with, I have a huge roll and can barely use it for anything, its very rigid and doesn't have much flexibility. Tried to wrap my mirrors with it but eventually gave up.
I'm glad i'm not the only one who thought the same thing. I did do part of my interior tho. Smaller things are easier especially if you have a heat gun.
I couldn't do anything with my today GS because I can't get the keys (remote fob nor manual keys) to open the car! Needed to run errands but Lexi won't let me inside. Not sure what's going on and it's Sunday so the dealership is closed. Won't be able to get to work tomorrow now either. Now what? I love my car, but....
