2015 GS 350/GS 350 F Sport pricing.
A local Lexus dealership has both a 2015 GS 350 and a GS 350 F Sport. Both have about 16k miles. The F Sport is listed at $41k and the other at $42k. Based upon the listings, they are equally equipped otherwise. Why the discount on the F sport considering the premium you pay when new? Are F sports selling that poorly? To be honest, I am wary of the F Sport because of the 4 wheel steering and potential for more maintenance later on, especially out of warranty.
Furthermore, would anyone like to speculate how much they might come down on price?
Thank you for your time and patience. All comments are welcomed and encouraged.

Its probably location, I just looked at this one today http://www.europeanmotorsusa.com/veh...lersite#ar_top
although its in TX. I see the prices going down. this summer I saw the prices for 2015 GS's hover around high 30s to low 40's. This particular car has a black front lip and yellow foglights installed already. If I was you and buying cash w/o trade I would look to have shipped from a different state.

Both of those prices are non-starters. For 2015 I wouldn't pay over 32K and that would have to be a primo, low mileage example. Yeah, I get the geographic differences but those are way off.

This is a thread revival. The original post was from 2016, which explains why there were 2015s listed over $40k.

Seeing how much the prices have dropped makes my want to bang my head against the wall every time ! I paid 38K in late 2016 , now I find the F-Sport for as low as 23K. Wouldn’t think their value dropped so much compared to other cars.

It's okay .. with cars just buy it and then never look back and research on values. It's always going to lose value so it's a game you're always going to lose. There are rare circumstances where cars will appreciate in value but it won't be any Lexus (except for the LFA, which I want one).
