Hey guys. This problem just happened today. Everything was working fine but for some reason today I had some problems. When I try to play spotify it plays however I used to be able to change the song through the unit. Right now it is stuck on a song from yesterday and I have no control on changing the track. Also what I noticed is that if I am in the media setting, after 15-20 seconds it will change back to the previous menu that I was on (such as map, etc.)

If i play a song that is downloaded on my phone, I can change the tracks fine.

any suggestions will be great!

Tried deleting your device and reloading it?

You can go to blue tooth settings and turn off bluetooth and then back on, that works for me when my music starts cutting off using my phone

Like others have said, start by turning off the Bluetooth from in the settings menu. There's also a screen auto change setting you can toggle off so the screen doesn't revert back to maps after 20 seconds.
