Bump Bump...any updates on this? Anyone try the eBay L-Style lip on a 4GS non-F sport bumper?

Sorry for the delay guys. So I just mocked it up only for now, try to look past the creativity of using my kid's lego duplos as bracket stands.
Fitment seems pretty good. The greatest concern was that the left and right edges would not meet the curvature of the bumper, but that ended pretty lining up okay that it'll work. I did use the existing 2 mounting brackets on the lip to bolt up to the factory holes in the center section. Then used the lego duplo brackets to hold the rest in place. The lip got delivered pretty much intact except for one area where it was a slightly warped which I will be using a heat gun to straighten out later (even though I don't need to do it). Again, other than the 2 mounting holes from the lip, nothing else has been screwed into the bumper so you'll notice the gaps between the lip and bumper. Overall the lip shape contours the non-fsport bumper quite nicely (although not 100% perfect). Its still a work in progress as I plan on taking my time on putting the final screws on for fitment (lip is pretty flexible to make adjustments as needed) and then wrapping it in gloss dark gray/gunmetal vinyl (it will be my first time also wrapping anything in vinyl). Any tips for wrapping vinyl on smooth plastic or in general would be greatly appreciated as well.
Lot of pictures below. Feel free to ask any questions.

Now that you've shown us the possibilities, I'm considering buying the lip and having a local body shop (friend's with the shop owner) paint/install the lip.
I think it looks pretty good considering that it was made for the F-sport bumper. Its a plus that it fits without too much difference in contour and shape. Great mock-up - appreciate all the info and detail

Got a quote from my local friend who has a body shop for $250 to both install and color match the lip to my car's starfire pearl finish (he said its a 3 stage paint process). I figured its a fair quote overall considering the lip is about $56 on eBay. I'd be all in for $300...Lip cost, painted and installed.
I'm still thinking of doing it myself by getting the paint myself (http://www.automotivetouchup.com/) but the cost starts to add up buying a couple spray cans, primer, clear coat...I'd probably save like $150 if go the DIY route...Decisions, decisions!

Yes, I was surprised myself. Never been the guinea pig before to do something like this, but it was worth risking the ~$50 bucks and it paid off.

If you're going the DIY route, just be very care since the lip is very flexible. Also, one member here didn't have much luck even though he looked like he did everything correctly below.

I bought some white plastidip and did one side of the lip in white and the left the other side with the "stock" matte black finish. I mocked it up today and actually preferred the subtlety of the black. IMHO, I felt like the rear black diffuser and the front lip in white was mismatched from the side profile of the car.
Fellow member viperr was correct in his assessment: the lip contours nicely to the non-F sport bumper, however it will require some slight shaping and bending to make it work.
