Default DVD player question for non ML lexus system playback

Hi im trying to get my dvd player without the ML option to play dvd and it plays well however when i burn the dvd its skipping at some parts of the videos.

Exp. I would make 10 music videos in 1 DVD-R and burn it than the program will convert it into dvd files and burn it. It plays fine on the 2016 gs350 dvd player but skips for a few seconds every few mins. I tried playing it on my PC dvd player and it plays fine.

Anyone has any experience with playing burnt dvd on your lexus dvd player?
Im using verbatim 4.8gb ones dvd-r and ordered dvd+r in case thats the problem.

I tried not using anything and just burning the dvd as well but it has less skipping but still gives me skipping.

Anyone burn dvds for thier lexus? If so what program are u using to burn it and what dvd?

Also does the lexus read data dvd and play videos? Meaning can i just burn mp4 or avi files and just burn them into dvd data and will the lexus play it?

Any help would be great.
Im getting my prestigious navi hack installed with the ipad mirror adapter and tried burning some dvds with very few success. Out of 15 music videos. Almost every song will have certain seconds where it skips. But it plays well on the PC DVD player.

any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Im using I Mac and its 16x. Since your on pc, I recommend u use Nero vision. I haven't use Nero vision in over 15 years but that was the best program to burn music videos back then.

I burn video DVD's for my ML system (I know yours is non-ML) but they only contain an audio track. Still encoded as DVD Video with black video frames.

Really dumb suggestion, but do you have autoplay enabled in the car? Mine used to skip, pause, and do other unpredictable things until someone suggested enabling that feature. Since then, I throw in my burned DVD (again, technically no video, just audio) and it plays right away with no skipping or monkey business.
