There will always be opinions, read this article which is opposite the one you read:
http://www.thesmokingtire.com/2012/review-lexus-gs350-f-sport/

One critical piece of info that author also conveniently omitted was that all those other brands are second tier when compared to the quality of Toyota/Lexus, call your BWM owner in 10 years and ask how many service trips he made to the dealer.... Oh ya that's right a whole sh*# ton. Its also such a stupid point to nit pick who's premium model car is faster when they are all within less than 1 second in the quarter mile (ok not all but you get my point), we don't spend $50/60K for street racing rights, if I really wanted street cred I would buy a STI and put on a stupid huge wing..oh wait it already has that! I bought my GS for a combination of subtle elegance/sporty body lines/superior build quality and ample power, really, does it matter I can only do 13.blahblah in the quarter... Not in the least. Ok done with this rant... I think I will go sit in a lawn chair and gaze upon my awesome purchase while sipping a cup of my favorite joe!

Read the first couple of paragraphs...wow she really hated her experience with the car! Almost sounded personal lol.

She says that Lexus is a Toyota owned brand.
Why didn't she also say that Audi is a VW owned brand, and that Cadillac is GM owned, while Jaguar was Ford owned, but is now Indian owned?

How to feel sedated?
It is the E Class & the 5 Series that are sedated.
The 5 Series feels big and heavy and floats around corners, while the E Class floats at all speeds.

Meanwhile she says that the other cars are tighter, faster and more nimble to drive - she doesn't much about cars, and she has it all the wrong way around.
It is the GS that is tighter, more nimble and faster to drive!
