So between the two I can tell you the Grimm speed is your best option. I had a rhino plate which was trash, It was supposed to sit flushed but in the end the thing would always come loose so it would rub against my bumper. Short story the grim is better than the ijdmtoy one.

I ended up buying mine off of amazon. I took the risk and bought the IS 250/350 version and it was fine. I own a 2015 GS 350 and the grimmspeed was perfect. Here's the link for the reloc. plate: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B007O...?ie=UTF8&psc=1
