Hi,

the GS 2015/2016 have better software for head unit than 2013 like playing video movies from USB , and it look they use open source OS

is there anyway to update my GS 2013 Head unit SW to be like GS 2015/2016 head unit?

and also changing maps from USA to europe map or middle east for lexus imported from USA

Most likely replace the head unit and what follows since the software is different and the system is different.
