You probably should have stipulated that the poll was for new vehicles only, not used. From what I can gather on the GS forum, there are more leases than purchases when new. Now that the 4th gen is aging, there are a lot of new owners that purchased their GS used.

Leased - got an amazing deal last December ($390 per month for a non-fsport '15 GS with no money down).

wow.. with the blow out deals on this car in the past, I thought more people would lease this car..

If I could've gotten a RWD car in Boston, I would probably buyout my lease... It's a nice car for the price.. just AWD wheel gap looks like a tank to me.

Paid cash, don’t like payments. It’s a good feeling having the title.

Tried to lease, but was able to buy a 2014 F sport L-Certified for less than the lease payments on a non F. I wasn't really getting that good a deal anywhere, and I needed something pretty quickly

I love to buy.
I put 160k miles on my 2001 GS430, and I could not have gotten a better deal per mile any other way.
Now I aim to do something similar in my 2013.

Completely agree! One who never pays cash will never know that feeling.

See all those that chose lease... I wait until they turn in their perfectly maintained, low mileage, well kept car, then I purchase it for about 1/3 of original msrp and then I drive it until 300k miles or the wheels fall off, whichever comes first.
